The room was really clean and had everything I needed: electric blankets, soft down pillows, and hypoallergenic pillows. Plus, there was a fridge, kettle, and kitchen stuff, which was a win for me! 😊

Everything was really good and exceeded all expectations. Clean, good value hotel, its location was best possible and convenient and next to Takim square, many restaurants and cafes and Istanbul. I liked the exceptionally comfortable bed and the apartment. There were a fridge, a seating area, and a writing desk too.

I had the best stay at Santa Rio Taxim! the hotel is in a prime location, just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and markets. the room was absolutely stunning with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchenette. the view from my room was breathtaking. the staff at the hotel, including Mohand, Ali, Sena, and Mia, provided exceptional service.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! 👌

We requested an early check-in, and the lovely Mina at the reception made sure we were comfortable while waiting. She even recommended Taxim Square for dining and shopping options and provided us with umbrellas for the bad weather. Mina's constant smile and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner also bid us a safe journey upon departure. We would definitely book this hotel again!
